Potential incompatible development. While Chelsea Parade benefits from the variety of buildings around it, care should be taken about further development of the streetscape. At the present time, the buildings relate historically to the green and represent an important phase of development of the City of Norwich. The continued building of structures like the large apartment house at the southwest corner will erode the integrity of the green and negatively affect the streetscape that provides enclosure for the open space.
